A steampunk-victorian-themed tower defense game where your resources are finite.

For the BPA (Business Professionals of America) Software Engineering Team (V03) 2024 event.

Enemies are trying to attack your water tower, so use your towers to defend your water tower. If you run out of water, then you lose. However, your towers use steam to operate, and you have to use the water to generate this steam through a steam engine. This forces you to come up with strategies to minimize your use of spending water for your defense.
